OUR PROGRAMS

Hamara (Our) School is a project whose purpose is to provide primary level education free of cost. The project will commence its operation from a deprived and down trodden region. Hamara School will Insha Allah aim to provide quality education totally free of cost.
In the first year of operation, 50 students will be admitted into K.G. In the subsequent year a fresh intake of 50 students will be placed in K.G., while existing students will be promoted to Class I.
No student will be charged any fees. Students will be given study material including books free of cost. Students will also be served breakfast every morning free of cost. With the cooperation of philanthropists and through charitable contributions, we will InshaAllah also try to provide students with the school uniform.
In addition to this, we will also seek to offer and introduce a variety of other educational and professional skills programs. In the afternoon time, a Mualim will teach students Quran, regulations of performing salat (prayers) and other obligatory acts of worship.
In the evening time, students over the age of 15 will be taught and trained in various professional skills. Female students will be taught embroidery, whereas male students will be trained in professional skills such as plumbing, welding, electrician, etc, that will help them in their professional life.
A medical dispensary will also be established in the premises of the school building that will cater to the treatment of common diseases among the local populace.
The establishment and operation of the school for the first year will cost around Rs. One million. For this purpose we week financial contributions from noble philanthropists. Contributions or donations may be made in the following ways:

  1. Providing furniture and basic equipment along with some amount in cash required by the school prior to the commencement of its operation
  2. Financial support covering the monthly and yearly expenditure for running the school on a continual basis

We also plan to contact non-governmental organizations working in the educational sector to seek their help and assistance for the school on an ongoing basis.
The expenditure outlined above includes the building rent, utilities, furniture, study material, school uniforms, breakfast, and salaries for peon, maid and watchman, salaries for teachers and miscellaneous expenses.
If we are able to achieve our goal in receiving the contributions, we will also be able to launch a variety of other programs of social welfare.
The purpose of these programs is to serve children in the education and health sector on a non-profit basis. Perhaps this may help bring a positive change in our society. Someone must make a beginning! We might be among the ones taking the lead. If we enjoy the support and contributions of our donors, we will InshaAllah continue forward and establish such schools in the whole city.
